We keep records of all our business transactions for three years. You (or
your agent) may inspect the records (whether kept manually or electronically).
We treat all our clients' records as confidential, so we reserve the right
to give you copies of your particular records rather than allowing access
to files containing records about other clients. You have a right of access
under the Data Protection Act to your personal records. Your Protection in the unlikely event of you ever having any complaint about the advice you have received or a product which we have arranged on your behalf, please immediately contact our Compliance Officer, Mr Barry Steer @ 85-87 Burdett Road, London E3 4JN, or telephone 0208 983 7766 . We will make every effort to resolve the problem and will explain your statutory rights. If you make a valid claim against us in respect of the products we arrange for you and we are unable to meet our liabilities in full, you may be entitled to redress from the Investors Compensation Scheme to which we belong.
