Direct Mortgage Centre is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and is bound by the FSA's rules. We advise on and arrange Mortgages.
We offer Independent Financial Advice on mortgages. You, or we, may terminate our authority to act on your behalf at any time without penalty. Notice of this termination must be given in writing.
We do not charge fees for arranging a life, buildings or a mortgage payment protection product on your behalf.
We derive income from a) Broker fee - 1% is normally charged. B) Commission paid to us in respect of transactions in mortgages, life assurance. We shall tell you the amount of commission payable to us on any such investment.
If we receive commission or any other form of benefit from the issuer of a security or from another intermediary we will inform you, but we will not tell you its amount unless you ask us to do so.
Our membership category does not permit us to handle client's money.
